Terms & Conditions

At Rich Memories Event Space, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity for both our clients and our business, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total balance of your event rental.

  • Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of booking: Deposit is refundable, minus a $100 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made after 7 days of booking but more than 90 days before the event date: Deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the event date: All payments made (including deposit) are non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their event once without penalty if the request is made more than 90 days prior to the original event date and the new date is available.

  • Rescheduling within 90 days of the event may result in additional fees and is subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

  • If the client fails to appear on the scheduled event date without prior written cancellation, all payments made will be forfeited.

Force Majeure

In the event that Rich Memories Event Space must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or facility damage), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
